Heavy soiled interiors (excessive dog hair, vomit, blood, mud) WILL be subject to additional charges. We will notify you of additional charges once we arrive.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Cancelations within 24 hours of the appointment that are not rescheduled at the time of cancelation will be subject to a cancelation fee totaling 25% of the reservation value. If the cancelation is made due to acts of God or an emergency please let us know when you contact us and we will be happy to work with you.
All reservations are made based on an ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIME. This means we will do our best to arrive at the scheduled time but could arrive before or after. If you have a tight schedule or need your vehicle completed by a certain time, LET US KNOW AT THE TIME YOU MAKE THE APPOINTMENT so we can make the proper arrangements.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service, contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything in our power to correct the situation.
